Worship with us

Our church building is open for both Morning and Evening Worship.

Evening gatherings are quiet, reflective services of Holy Communion at 6.30pm, or Evening Worship.  The second Sunday evening of each month is a Taize service of music and meditation.  Tell me more

Home Groups

Home groups are a great context to get to know others in our church family better and to grow in our Christian faith together. Our groups meet on different evenings during the week. Read more.

Safeguarding

We work hard to make St Clement's a welcoming and safe place for everyone.  we regularly review our safeguarding policy and practice, following Church of England guidelines.

Youth activities at St Clement's are led by our Youth Worker and a team of fantastic volunteers. We are currently looking for our new Youth Worker (20 hours per week, paid role). Through our regular and one-off activities we aim to build positive relationships and provide a space where our young people can relax, have fun, make new friends and get to know God more deeply.  Youth activities have started up at The Mish again!  Head to our youth page for more information!

Flourishing life smallIn Autumn 2021 St Clement’s, working with the Oxford Pastorate, began a new project ‘Flourishing Life’. This project will engage 18-30s and young people in conversations around meaning, purpose and fullness of life through the use of art, film, music and media. We’re delighted to have received funding from the Diocese of Oxford’s Development Fund for this project.

I've got questions

Given the year we've been through, we all have so many questions!  You're welcome to get in touch for a chat, and each year we offer a space to ask questions about life and to explore the answers the Christian faith offers, in a friendly, non-judgemental environment.  Get in touch here if you're interested in finding out more.

St Clement's People

  • A decent cup of Fairtrade coffee after morning services is always good and my children were always made to feel very welcome from my first visit. St. Clement’s is like my family. I need them when I am down! Home group is a safe place, to be me, to listen to others, to explore and to pray. It also often involves cake! It is warm and welcoming, a great place to make friends and meet with God.
