St Clement's Parish Property Trust (PPT) is a long-established charity, with Christian ethos, in Oxford.  The founding vision over 100 years ago was to meet community needs in St Clement's Parish.  That aspiration remains, as does PPT Trustees' commitment to fulfilling this in our local community in 21st Century East Oxford, with its vibrant, diverse, and constantly changing demographic and social environment.

Blessed with some valuable resources, including our properties in the St Clement's area of Oxford, PPT Trustees are committed to evolving PPT.  We want to work closely with St Clement's Church and Parochial Church Council (PCC) wherever our Objects complement one another, so that we are best positioned to serve the specific needs of our local community.

We have taken initial steps by recasting our founding principles so that our vision, mission and values (which you can read in the Job Description for this role) reflect today's needs.  Recent initiatives have shown the exciting outcomes that may be possible.

Now we are looking for someone to take the charity forward.  This is about a 'step change' in how we are run and what we do so that we can best deploy our valuable resources to make a lasting impact in our local community.

Working with Trustees, the General Manager will be pivotal in shaping, driving forward and implementing a revitalised strategy, as well as running daily operations to ensure PPT optimises the balance between income generation and community benefit from our property portfolio.

Working in a collaborative and flexible environment, this post offers the opportunity to take forward an established charity into the next chapter in its history and have a lasting impact on our local community.
