We’re looking for an Administration Manager who will have overall oversight for the day to day administration and management of the Parish Office, the Church building and to enable and facilitate the work of the Church’s staff team and volunteers.

We are a growing Evangelical Church in the heart of East Oxford. We want to recruit the right person; a strong team player, who will serve the Church by leading and enabling the administration, compliance and communications, building and sustaining volunteer teams, and releasing the staff team for the Church’s wider ministry.

If you are up for the challenge, organised, a good communicator, can manager volunteers, and are committed to serving the wider church community, this is the role for you.

Salary: £20,800 to £24,000 annually for 32 hours per week (£26,000 to £30,000 full time equivalent), with opportunity to join employer pension scheme.
